Charting the lead up to the end of days, its eight acts ponder the micro and the macro of the human condition &#8211; navigating the insufferable and the sublime.<\/p>\n<p>Ed chronicles his nights and days further on an accompanying audiobook of the same name, teaming up with composer and multi-instrumentalist Chapel Tapes; the duo working together in a 1000-year old Leper Chapel to create a series of dreamscapes, pairing key excerpts from the POST SLEEP text with an original score that evokes a meditative calm (especially on late walks with nothing but a pair of headphones on empty streets as company).<\/p>\n<p>Ed Scissor has collaborated with acclaimed illustrator Tishk Barzanji on a set of unique artworks for both the POST SLEEP book and audiobook; Barzanji\u2019s symbolism peppering the text, further blurring the lines between reality and fantasy with every turning page.<\/p>\n<p>Ten years on from BETTER.LUCK.NEXT.LIFE, POST SLEEP represents something of a complete circle for Ed Scissor, and solidifies his reputation as an expert storyteller.<\/p>\n<p>A super-limited run of 100 hand-numbered POST SLEEP Deluxe Boxsets are available to pre-order now, due for release on 07\/04\/22.<\/p>\n<p>Each boxset includes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>BOOK:<\/strong>\u00a015 x 20cm, 200 pages on Evolution recycled paper, Full colour softcover, Perfect bound.
